Thehorn on Alfa Romeo Stelvio needs electricity to work. In case of a faulty fuse, the circuit is interrupted and the horn can not work. 3000posts · Joined 2017. #1 · Jan 22, 2019. Today, when I tried to start my Q4 (July 2017 build, MY2018) the engine would not crank and the IP displayed "Key Fob Not Detected". I placed the fob inside the center console, on the bottom, as instructed by the Owner-User Manual. The engine now started normally, with no IP warning.
